Welcome to NUVIO Competitions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our competitions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of eligible countries as specified in our rules. Employees of NUVIO Competitions and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Entry: Entries can be made by purchasing tickets online or via free postal entry. Each entry constitutes a single chance to win. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection: Winners are selected using a certified random number generator. The draw date is specified for each competition. All decisions are final and binding.

4. Prizes: Prizes are as described on the competition page. NUVIO Competitions reserves the right to offer a cash alternative for any prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are offered unless specified.

5. Publicity: By entering, you agree that if you are a winner, your name, image, and town of residence may be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

6. Data Protection: We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
